Songs for Children

I should’ve written more children’s music. I enjoy the meter, messages, and magic of good children’s songs written up, not down, to their budding musical tastes and appetites. In the early 90s in Nashville, I created a children’s audio-drama project with twelve stories and songs of faith. Regrettably, the project was dropped when the publisher was acquired, but some of the songs were recorded by other artists. It was enough to whet my appetite for the complex simplicity of writing good children’s songs.
